Il 27 dicembre si è tenuto, in ricordo del 1° Caporale Maggiore dell’Esercito Michele Padula, il concerto di Natale organizzato dalla Associazione Musicale “F. TRANI” Città di Montemesola. Presenti numerose Associazioni d’Arma, Combattentistiche e di Volontariato, Autorità militari, politiche e religiose. Per l’ANSI erano presenti la Sezione di Crispiano, con il Presidente Francesco Todisco, e la Sezione di Manduria, con il Segretario e Consigliere Nazionale Vito Giuliani. Sono stati eseguiti i brani di Mascagni, Shostakovitch e opere Natalizie sotto la guida del pregevole Maestro Beniamino Casavola. Toccante è stato il momento della lettura della Preghiera del Bersagliere, con sottofondo musicale del Silenzio: “…Benedici l’Italia e gli Italiani. Tutti gli Italiani…”.
